Do I need to log in at a specific time?
As soon as you enrol, you will gain access to week 1 of the programme, hosted inside Thinkific (a learning platform). Every week after that -for the next 5 weeks- new content will be released. This means you’ll have the entire week to watch the videos, explore the additional reading materials, and complete the exercises, entirely on your own schedule.
